FCOP LAW - VENTURA

Nu-Line Partners was awarded the general contracting contract for a 5,500 SF tenant improvement project in Ventura, California for FCOP Law. FCOP is a leader in the Ventura County area in the many different fields of law. They also are one of the oldest firms in Ventura and their practice dates back to the early 20th century. The scope of work for this project consisted of a remodel of the existing lobbies, conference rooms, and bathrooms on two floors of the existing Spanish style office building. The interior finishes included all new tile flooring, quartz countertops, new plumbing fixtures and hardware, new light fixtures and carpeting. The firm was very pleased with the modern amenities and modern design that compliments their existing space. Other items of work included mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low-voltage, lighting, carpeting and finish carpentry.
