NICK TOMASELLO, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Nick Tomasello is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Nu-Line Partners Inc., and a licensed General Contractor. Based in Ventura, California, Nick leads the strategic direction and daily operations of the firm, guiding the development and construction of commercial office, mixed-use, industrial, and manufacturing projects throughout Southern California.
With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Nick has managed a combined project portfolio exceeding $150 million. His background is rooted in construction operations, financial analysis, and estimating strategy, with expertise in competitive bid development, cost modeling, contract structuring, and complex project negotiations. He regularly works alongside lenders, investors, and project stakeholders to align construction execution with financing structures and long-term investment objectives.
Nick oversees all company operations, including estimating, project acquisitions, financial planning, and project delivery. Under his leadership, Nu-Line continues to expand its portfolio while maintaining a reputation for disciplined project management, high-quality construction, and strong client relationships.
Nick is actively involved in the regional business and construction community. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Ventura Chamber of Commerce as Vice Chair of the Committee on Development Efficiency (CODE). He is also a member of the Ventura Contractors Association and the Santa Barbara Contractors Association. Nick is an alumnus of the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he studied Political Science and Economics.

KELLIE TOMASELLO, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Kellie Tomasello is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and co-founder of Nu-Line Partners Inc. With over 20 years of experience in construction accounting and finances, Kellie has been an integral part of the company’s growth and success. Kellie’s journey in the construction industry began when she started working with her husband Frank, the founder of Nu-Line Partners, to build the company from the ground up.
Kellie juggled her role in the company with raising five children, and was the ultimate mom in every sense of the word. As CFO, Kellie oversees all aspects of the company’s finances, ensuring that the company operates efficiently and effectively. Her expertise in financial management and her commitment to excellence have been instrumental in the growth and success of Nu-Line Partners.
WILLIAM COVARRUBIAS, VICE PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTION
William Covarrubias is the VP of Construction at Nu-Line Partners Inc., bringing over 25 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction to the team. A licensed electrician and seasoned industry veteran, William has led numerous high-impact projects across Southern California, earning a reputation for excellence in execution, leadership, and quality control.
In his role, William oversees the full project lifecycle—from preconstruction planning and budgeting to on-site coordination and closeout. He serves as the primary liaison between clients, design teams, and subcontractors, ensuring that every phase is executed with precision and efficiency. His depth of field knowledge and strategic oversight make him a key contributor to Nu-Line’s continued success.
MARIA COVARRUBIAS, PROJECT MANAGER
Maria Covarrubias is a driven and versatile Project Manager with deep expertise in strategic planning, scheduling, project coordination, and financial oversight. With a background in electrical project management and a seamless transition into general contracting, Maria brings a well-rounded understanding of the construction industry and consistently delivers results across a variety of project types.
SEAN HOULIHAN, SUPERINTENDENT
Sean Houlihan is a Construction Superintendent with 10 years of commercial construction experience. A UCLA graduate with a degree in Construction Management, he has supervised major projects across Southern California. At Nu-Line Partners Inc., Sean leads onsite operations, coordinates subcontractors, enforces safety standards, manages schedules, and ensures high-quality installation throughout each project.
SAM BOYDSTUN, PROJECT MANAGER
With 7 years as a Project Manager and Producer, Sam Boydstun
brings a broad understanding of project management to Nu-Line Partners Inc. Coming from a diverse background managing AAA video game production and publishing, Sam is experienced in driving cross-functional teams on complex projects achieving high marks for quality, and cost savings for every client. With an additional degree in Psychology, Sam leads with a communication focused approach, providing clients with a reliable source of truth throughout their project's lifecycle.
MORGAN GIOVE, PROJECT COORDINATOR
Morgan Giove is a Project Coordinator at Nu-Line Partners, where she supports project managers in the coordination and administration of construction projects. She assists with key project processes including change orders, RFIs, submittals, and contracts, helping ensure projects stay organized and move forward efficiently.Over the past two years, Morgan has become a valued member of the Nu-Line Partners team, known for her attention to detail and her ability to support multiple projects while helping keep operations running smoothly.

Spencer Moore is an Assistant Superintendent at Nu-Line Partners Inc, supporting daily field operations and helping projects run safely and efficiently. A graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, he conducts safety checks, maintains jobsite logs, and assists with subcontractor coordination. Peter Vang is a highly experienced Construction Superintendent with over 28 years in the industry, including a strong background in electrical systems. Since joining Nu-Line Partners Inc., Peter has been instrumental in managing field operations across a variety of complex commercial projects, consistently ensuring safety, efficiency, and superior build quality.
