NEW TRINITY COMMUNITY CHURCH - OXNARD
Nu-Line Partners was awarded the general contracting contract for a 7,500 SF church construction project located in Oxnard, California. The scope of work for this project consisted of a new two story 7,500 SF church building, including full site development of all parking, hardscape, landscape and site amenities. The two-story building was constructed using conventional wood framed construction and lathe and plaster finish. The interiors were composed of metal studs walls, steel frame, and storefront systems and glazing. The congregation was very pleased with the modern amenities and modern design. Other items of work included mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low-voltage, lighting, carpeting and custom built cabinetry. Site work included grading, pavement, site lighting, landscaping, personal vehicle parking, storm water basins, and utilities connections.
