DESIGN-BUILD
design + build
Design-build is a different form of project delivery method than the traditional Design-Bid-Build. Design-Build assigns a single point of responsibility for the project. The Design-Builder manages the construction process from conception (design, planning, architecture, engineering) to construction (hiring subcontractors, building, project management, to completion. This way of project delivery also allows the Design-Builder to limit cost overruns that may occur during the design phase.

When we approach a project, we look to increase cash flow and value through strategic design and functionality improvements.
