With over 20 years of experience in construction accounting and finances, Kellie has been an integral part of the company’s growth and success. Kellie’s journey in the construction industry began when she started working with her husband Frank, the founder of Nu-Line Partners, to build the company from the ground up. She juggled her role in the company with raising five children, and was the ultimate mom in every sense of the word. As CFO, Kellie oversees all aspects of the company’s finances, ensuring that the company operates efficiently and effectively. Her expertise in financial management and her commitment to excellence have been instrumental in the growth and success of Nu-Line Partners.

william covarrubias, senior project manager

William Covarrubias is the Senior Project Manager at Nu-Line Partners Inc., bringing over 25 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction to the team. A licensed electrician and seasoned industry veteran, William has led numerous high-impact projects across Southern California, earning a reputation for excellence in execution, leadership, and quality control.

In his role, William oversees the full project lifecycle—from preconstruction planning and budgeting to on-site coordination and closeout. She is a clear communicator, effective collaborator, and proven leader who manages complex projects from pre-construction through closeout—ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. ALEX COWANS, PROJECT ACCOUNTANT

Alex Cowans serves as the Project Accountant at Nu-Line Partners Inc., where he plays a critical role in overseeing project financials, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate cost tracking across all phases of construction. With a strong foundation in both field operations and administrative support, Alex brings over four years of specialized experience in construction accounting and financial management.

His responsibilities include job costing, subcontractor billing, contract compliance, budget reconciliation, and financial reporting. Alex works closely with project managers, superintendents, and executive leadership to maintain financial accuracy and transparency, helping ensure that projects are delivered on budget and aligned with company goals.

Known for his precision, organization, and proactive communication, Alex is an integral part of Nu-Line’s project delivery team. His well-rounded industry knowledge and commitment to financial integrity make him a key contributor to the success of each project.

PETER VANG, SUPERINTENDENT

Peter Vang is a highly experienced Construction Superintendent with over 28 years in the industry, including a strong background in electrical systems. Since joining Nu-Line Partners Inc., Peter has been instrumental in managing field operations across a variety of complex commercial projects, consistently ensuring safety, efficiency, and superior build quality.

Specializing in the revitalization of existing structures, Peter is passionate about bringing new life to aging buildings and transforming them into modern, functional spaces that exceed client expectations. His deep technical knowledge, leadership in the field, and unwavering attention to detail make him a key contributor to the success of every project he oversees.

Outside of work, Peter is an avid practitioner of capoeira, a Brazilian martial art that blends movement, music, and discipline. He also enjoys playing music with his family and spending time on the golf course.
